Agency commission

Chamet agency commission, explained

How Chamet decides your commission class, how sub-agent commission works, and a calculator to estimate yours. Every figure here is an example: Chamet sets and can change the rates.

Commission classes

Nine classes, from 5% to 30%

Your class depends on what your whole team earned in the last 30 days: your own hostesses plus every sub-agent's team. The total is rolling, and Chamet recalculates your rate every day.
  • New agencies: during your first 30 days, the class is based on earnings from your registration day up to yesterday.
  • Settlement: daily at 23:59 (UTC+8), which is 21:29 IST.
  • Who pays: Chamet pays hostesses and agents separately and directly. Commission never comes out of a hostess's earnings. Payment policies can vary by country.

The formula

Your commission has two parts

Part 1 · Your hostesses

Your rate × your hostesses' earnings

Applies to every hostess bound directly to your agency.

Part 2 · Each sub-agent

(Your rate − their rate) × their team's earnings

Worked out separately for each sub-agent, so you earn more when your class is higher than theirs.

Worked example

One agency, one sub-agent

Over 30 days your own hostesses earn $4,000 and your one sub-agent's team earns $2,000.
  1. 1. Find your class

    Team total: $4,000 + $2,000 = $6,000, which is class C at 15%.

  2. 2. Find your sub-agent's class

Their team earned $2,000, which is class B at 10%. The gap is 5%.

  3. 3. Add the two parts

    15% × $4,000 = $600, plus 5% × $2,000 = $100.

About $700 over the 30 days
